PPGI / PPGL Color-Coated Steel Coil — PE / PVDF on GI or GL

PPGI uses a galvanized substrate and PPGL uses an aluminium-zinc alloy-coated substrate. Select the substrate with the project standard, exposure, forming route and cut-edge design rather than from the acronym alone.

Start from exposure, appearance, forming and warranty requirements, then have the technical parties approve the offered paint system and build. This page does not publish universal life or performance rankings.

Submit the RAL or custom target, gloss and texture with the RFQ. The accepted workflow freezes substrate, paint system and an approved color sample before bulk production; inspection follows the PO or ITP.

No unconditional figure applies. Confirm with sales by color, paint system, dimensions, quantity and current production schedule; custom colors may require a sample step.

Send the required grade or standard, dimensions, quantity, destination port and application. Add surface, processing, packing or inspection requirements when they affect the order.

Use the project specification and end use as the starting point. Share any required reference such as CGCC, PPGI (GI Base), PPGL (GL Base), EN 10169, together with forming, welding, corrosion or service conditions, so the quotation follows the intended application.
