Check the legal entity, covered activities, issuing body, registration number and validity on each scan. Do not extend a sales scope to manufacturing operations or treat it as acceptance of a shipment.
A lot-specific MTC records the ordered product standard and inspection results. Match its heat numbers to material marks and the packing list. Reconcile quantities and product descriptions across the commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents. Where UT or other additional inspection is ordered, agree whether results appear on the MTC or a separately traceable report.
